After getting in touch with us, we will arrange a mutually agreeable date to visit your location, or alternatively for you to visit our Customer Experience Centre.
We research your local competition, discuss what coffee roast/blends you would like to offer and what will best suit your menu. We would then make suggestions on what type of brewing method and machinery would best support your aspirations.
Selecting Brewing Method
Selecting a brewing technique for your coffee is the first step in deciding the rest of your service. Sometimes this is also dependant on the nature of the premises; is it a linger and enjoy or drop-in-dash-out type of place?
We ask questions about staff turnover, training and covers per hour.
After viewing the location of where the machine will need to be installed, (considerations made on power and mains water connections) we will advise on a selection of suitable machines to suit your requirements and budget.
Selecting the Ideal Coffee Roasts
After brewing method is selected, we can advise on what beans / roasts suit your requirements best. You can learn more about our signature coffee roasts. A traditional machine generally dictates a dark to medium roast for making espresso based drinks.
For those who will be offering cafetière, filter or pour-over brewing, these methods offers a wider selection of dark-medium-lighter roasts which are suitable. From there, choosing between whole bean and filter and what types of grind for the best result based on brewing type. Installation, Set Up & Barista Training
All machines purchased through Auresco will be installed by our own- in-house engineer. On installation day we will set up the machine and turn through all the basics of the machines' safe operation. On a second visit, we will arrange for Staff Training on how to safely use the machine and make a selection of popular drinks. We will also support you with our Basic Barista Training. We also offer ongoing and refresher training as required. Our goal is to work with you to ensure you get the very best out of your machine and our coffees.
